Went to a fascinating workshop which focussed on the Greek goddess Aphrodite. Did lots of thinking about spirituality.

Ate delicious Japanese sushi. Love, love, LOVE Japanese food.

Finished two interesting books - Drugs are Nice (Lisa Crystal Carver) and Dead as a Doornail (Charlaine Harris) and wondered how I could make my own writing more engaging. Still wondering.

Saw some gorgeous sunshine - today especially - 29 degrees!
****
Started making some wristbands for my Etsy shop which involved me successfully using my sewing machine. Woo-hoo!
****
Saw a massive redback spider in our backyard - very poisonous - and my DH saw a brown snake at his work. They are the second most venomous snake in the world. Now, who wants to come to Australia for the summer! No?

Watched the Sherlock series which was really good.

Planned yet more spring cleaning adventures for my weekend.

What did you do this week?

Yesterday I thought of flying to Japan on a holiday... it would be a nice break and it actually isn't so expensive. Ten days... well, who knows! :)
I wouldn't mind spending summer in Australia, I could easily switch it for murky winter here... all those poisonous animals included. I had to scrape ice from the front window on my car this morning, so the temperatures dropped below 0 again.
Japan is fantastic - I fully recommend it, Pina. Ten days would give you a good chance to see Tokyo and Kyoto, too.
Nothing fancy, this week.
Did a lot of much needed cleaning and played chauffeur for my husband all week. Some drawing in the evenings, too.
I hope for a different week where I find myself more often working, because I really feel lazy and useless...
Work and fear and fight... :-(
@ Sefarina -
I know what you mean about working - I need to really exhaust myself sometimes to feel "useful". I had a bit of husband chauffering to do too when he had a tooth extracted at the dentist!
@ Bodecea -
That doesn't sound good. I hope this coming week is a better one for you.
