Little bit of thrifting goodness from the local op shop today...a knitting book from, I would say, the late 50s, maybe early 60s. Love it, love it, love it. Little cardigans - oh yeah. Elegant evening wraps - very nice. Now I've just got to learn how to knit :)

My mom used to knit a lot and I've learned basics from her. I think that knitting is perfect for colder months in a year, so don't wait too long. :)
I can manage a straightforward scarf (a knit-one, purl-one sort of deal)but anything with complicated patterns (or sleeves!)...uh-oh :D
