Loving knitting with the thick Alafoss Lopi wool on thick needles Listening to old Kate Bush songs on You Tube ReadingAn Academic Question by Barbara Pym and finding it so much more enjoyable the second time around Eatingpumpkin pie made by my husband from our pumpkins. Yum! DiscoveringPride and Prejudice (Colin-Firth-as-Mr-Darcy-version) on late night TV and loving it all over again
Colin Firth as Mr Darcy-it's the best. I love to rewatch those favorites when i'm sick-Colin is very restorative!!! I'm reading a biog of the english poet John Betjemann by AN Wilson; listening to the wiggles (rock-a-bye your bear over and over again it;s the little girls fave) and eating vanilla cupcakes we baked this morning while we cook dinner :0)
My goodness, that all sounds lovely. My really good guy friend has been obsessed with Kate Bush for the last six months, and is now super, super excited for her new album. Have you heard it yet?
I've heard some of it, Nichole, and I'm gradually getting into it. I know of quite a few people who love it, but I'm yet to get into it as much as I am with the old faves...it's growing on me :)

*Love* Colin! The biog sounds interesting - love Betjeman's poems. And cupcakes...mmm :)
Love this post Feronia - think I'll copy it tomorrow and link back to you of course.

I'll head on over and check it out, Bodecea :)
Haven't heard of that book. REmember reading 'Autumn Quartet' years ago. She's a good writer.
In awe that you are knitting. I can just about crochet now, but still only in straight lines. LOL! Am half way through doing a scarf for someone.
