Friday Fuzzies

Yesterday one of the Age newspaper's columnists published a light-hearted but nonetheless fairly cutting review of one of my favourite shows, Inspector Rex: One thing the writer really didn't seem to get about the show is that it's because of the sometimes slightly falling-flat jokes, the just-too-complicated-to really-happen tricks with the dog and the overall improbabilty of the situations the characters sometimes find themselves in, that make this show is such a heartwarming and satisfying way to spend an hour. Also, of course, the stories are simply often really good but the Age managed to overlook that too!
